Today I am going to show you some build muscle and burn fat workouts. As the title says these workouts will be an upper and lower split, were you train the upper and lower body on different days. In order to build muscle and burn fat – supersets will be used with shorter rest periods. Therefore the workouts are fairly intense but you will get through them fairly quickly.
