Bodybuilding Revealed Review:
One of the things I like about Will Brink is his no nonsense approach, so do not expect some guy in a tank top telling you that you will be 50 pounds heavier in 2 weeks. The manual was originally a nutrition and supplement book, but was revamped with training added. Therefore there is a lot of information on nutrition and supplement, you could argue more than some people want but it is there if you need it.
The supplement section is excellent though as Will Brink is a graduate from Harvard so he knows his stuff.
The forum you get access to is a good resource for further studies and because it is a private website. You do not get any arguments or people spamming the place, but there are a lot of good trainers (including Will Brink) there to ask questions.
Bottom line: If you want crazy workouts and techniques claiming all sorts this may not be the program for you. But if you want real information and facts backed up with science then this program could be a useful addition to your library.
